Education: Successfully completed Grade 12. Must possess a valid Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license. 313D or 313A Refrigeration license a strong asset. Hold a valid Class G driver’s license and clean abstract. Experience: Must be an installer or technician with at least 3 years of HVAC furnace/AC Service experience. Skills and Abilities: Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments. Demonstrate strong technical, customer service skills, and company metrics in current and previous roles. Able to progress through all levels of this apprenticeship in a timely manner. Physically capable of performing all work required of this position. Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications. Understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity/pressures). Criminal background check required.
